Choosing to do an exercise or nutrition program for 30 days or 3 months doesn’t make you healthy and fit. This can be a great way to get started on your journey but being active and healthy eating needs to be part of your day. Just like brushing your teeth. They need to become routine to you. They need to become a habit.
The real challenge is in maintaining this way of life for there is no finish line. Living as a healthy and fit individual should be never ending. The advice that I personally follow and recommend to you. Adopt habits and activities that you will be able to maintain for the rest of your life.
